Long ago on the planet Koh, homworld of the Phytonides there was a civil war between the forces of technology and Magic. After years of fighting their planet was nearly destroyed the very air became toxic and poison, Tonzar, the Mortal Mage used his magic to change the very nature of his race. The entire biology of the people of Koh change they took on the attributes of plants which help them survive on their contaminated planet. Overtime the residence of Koh actually changed more and more plants losing their humanity the process.
